SUMMARY:ICNS International Conference on Nitride Semiconductors
DESCRIPTION:We are excited to announce that the next International Conference on Nitride Semiconductors – ICNS-15 will be held in the beautiful city of Malmö in Sweden from July 6 – 11\, 2025. \nICNS-15 will present high-impact scientific and technological advances in materials and devices based on group-III nitride semiconductors\, and feature plenary sessions\, parallel topical sessions\, poster sessions and an industrial exhibition. \nFor the social program\, the organizers are collaborating across disciplines with the Malmö Academy of Music\, which is part of Lund University. The program will include performances by teachers and students from the Malmö Academy of Music\, led by Assoc. Prof. Elisabeth Melander. \nICNS-15 will celebrate the achievements of Profs.
