This is achieved through distribution of relevant publications\, such as Advancing Microelectronics and Microelectronics International to its members\, but most of all through the IMAPS Nordic Annual Conference which is held in June in Denmark\, Norway\, Sweden\, and Finland on a rotating schedule.
